Road closures this Saturday ahead of Six Nations match at Twickenham Stadium

Roads will close tomorrow as Twickenham plays host to the England vs Ireland match in the Six Nations.

A full capacity crowd of 82,000 is expected for the game with gates opening at 1.15pm and kick-off at 4.45pm.

A full CPZ will be in place from 10am to 10pm and Whitton, Rugby and London Roads to be closed from 2.45 to 4.45pm and again from 6.30 to 9pm.

There will be shuttle buses in operation from Old Deer Park and Hounslow which residents are welcome to use. The buses will only take cash fares and it is a flat fare of £3 return.

The RFU will also post live traffic updates on their Twitter feed.

The RFU will have a matchday helpline for enquiries - 07894 814180- which will be staffed from 2.30 to 9pm. If you need to notify an ongoing incident, call 999 and the police will respond.

Separately, there will be hold-ups associated with works on Richmond Bridige between 8am and noon on Saturday – and between 8am and 3.30pm on Sunday.
