A Richmond watch store hosted an event with Ball Watch Company last week.  

Watch Pilot, who opened their first brick and mortar store in Richmond just six months ago, was built on the idea that watch collectors should have a new and exciting way to shop. 

It has a selection of Swiss and fashion watches and a solid team to help customers make the best decision possible. 

The shop is an authorised retailer for over 45 brands and they won the UK's Jewellery Awards in Watch Retailer of the year.  

Watch Pilot are an authorised retailer, for watch company The Ball and is the only place where you can actually see The Ball's watches in store.

The ball is a niche brand from a very small manufacturer in Switzerland and representatives from Switzerland were present at the event last week.

Małgorzata Roznerska, Retail Manager at the store said: "We're organizing amazing events, so you have additional value. Whenever you're buying from us, you have something more than just buying from others." 

"We're trying to make the experience unforgettable. We offer beautifully gift wrapped the watches, giving special gifts from the brands and from us as well. Every single time, whenever you're buying the watch from a certain brand, then we have dedicated events connected to that brand and we are, of course, inviting our already existing customers to the brand.

She added: "I think that our customers can feel really pampered by what we do and this is our mission to make sure that the experience from buying here is different than buying from other retailers. 

"I know that the community of the Ball watch enthusiasts worldwide is huge and even though this is like a niche brand, it's very much recognizable to watch collectors.  

"We are the only place where you can actually see them in store. So it's quite a unique thing. That's why we started these events, dedicated to the brands from the Vault, because we really value the partnerships with them."
