The property is being sold by estate agents Jackson-Stops after previously being listed by Laurels. It was last sold in March 1999.

Its most recent price drop according to Zoopla was by £30,050 at the end of November.

The home is less than half a mile away from Strawberry Hill station which can take you into Central London within 40 minutes.

Properties on Third Cross Road sell for around £600,000 each – according to Zoopla. The two-bedroom property is near Twickenham Green and inside the catchment area of several top schools, according to Zoopla. Twickenham homes command an average price of £759,446, but typically sell at £773,296 on average. Meanwhile, the average London house value has fallen to £661,403, according to a Zoopla estimate. But the average price paid stands at £701,844. New estate agent Jackson-Stops did not wish to or comment on the home.
