This week's Get Lucky Local draw produced two £25 winners whose nominated good causes are the Richmond Talking Newspaper and SporTedd.

Thirteen other lucky players won three FREE tickets for entry in this weekend's draw – the first of the New Year – on Saturday January 2.

So far, players have won a total of £700 in cash prizes.

Their chosen causes for the winners this week included Hearts of Teddlothian FC, the Orange Tree Theatre in Richmond, Hampton & Richmond Borough Youth FC, Teddington Hockey Club, Skylarks and Aurora Metro Arts and Media.

Forty-six good causes across the borough have now signed up to the community lottery and for all those groups which are selling 50 tickets a week, that's a guaranteed £1,300 every year in terms of additional fund-raising.

A Get Lucky Local spokesperson said: "We are now in Week Seven of the community lottery and there is a clear pattern emerging.

"Those organisations which have been most pro-active in urging their supporters and members to sign-up are winning regularly and they stand to raise the most for their good causes."

If you are a good cause in the community why not sign up today to boost your fund-raising? If you want to support a Good Cause close to your home and close to your heart, please check out the website at www.getluckylocal.co.uk."
