Richmond restaurant retains Michelin Bib Gourmand and launches new set menu
By Cesar Medina 11th Feb 2026
Richmond restaurant Mignonette is celebrating after retaining its Michelin Bib Gourmand in the 2026 Guide for the second year running.
The Bib Gourmand highlights restaurants offering "exceptionally good food" at accessible prices, and to mark the achievement Mignonette is launching a £38 three-course dinner menu, served on Tuesdays from 24 February to 28 April, including a glass of Kir Aligoté.
The set menu features seasonal French-inspired dishes such as smoked salmon with fresh crab, duck foie gras ballotine, seabass with lobster sabayon, Devonshire lamb, Comté cheese soufflé and tarte Tatin.
Alongside the set menu, several new winter dishes have been added to the à la carte offering, including dry-aged duck breast, Cornish turbot with native lobster and a rich butcher's plate.
Thanking diners for their continued support, the team said they are "extremely proud" to retain the Bib Gourmand and remain in the Michelin Guide for another year.
