A pub in Richmond town centre is getting ready to reopen - with a new outside bar.

The Sun Inn is a Fuller's pub on Parkshot, in between Richmond Green and Old Deer Park.

Landlords Katie and Scott told Richmond Nub News: "Guinness/Diageo/Raising the bar have been really great at supporting us for re-opening.

"They have very kindly given us the outside bar which will help with social distancing and for rugby days at Twickenham.

"They have also delivered some outdoor cafe banners and are dropping in some non-disposable plastic pint cups for us soon.

"We are taking bookings for April 22 onwards, really can't wait to get started again - hopefully for ever!"
