Richmond: One day to go until London Elections

Around six million Londoners will make their way to polling stations across the capital to elect a new Mayor of London and 25 London Assembly Members tomorrow - Thursday, 2 May.
The results of this election will determine how London will be governed from City Hall for the next four years.
Key dates
These dates apply to both the Mayor and the London Assembly.
Voting: Thursday 2 May 2024 (polling stations open from 7am to 10pm)
Verification of ballot papers: Friday 3 May 2024 - starts 9am
Count commences: Saturday 4 May 2024 - starts 9am
How to vote
In this election, there are three ballot papers and three votes.
Two votes for the Assembly elections and one vote for the Mayoral election.
Deadlines and voting options
The deadline to apply for a proxy vote as a result of an emergency is 5pm, Thursday 2 May 2024.
You should have received your polling card by now. This will include details of your named polling station.
Your polling station will be open from 7am until 10pm on election day.
