'It's a catastrophe': Richmond Pret closed for maintenance
Richmond Pret A Manger is currently closed due to maintenance issues, according to a sign on the door.
The sign apologises for any inconvenienve but does not suggest when the shop might reopen.
There is no sign of life inside the shop today.
A local said: "It's a catastrophe, I had to go to Costa instead.
"I expect Pret to stay open for 24 hours at the next opportunity to make amends for this.
"I don't pay my £20 monthly membership fees for the shop to shut suddenly for 'maintenance' issues."
