Students at colleges and sixth-forms across Richmond are receiving their A Level and College results today (Thursday, 13 August).

The results will determine things like university places and apprenticeship spots for the borough's youngsters.

Christ's School

The first results are in, and they are for Christ's School, which is celebrating 15% of all grades being A* and a new record of A*-B grades, with 73%.

In addition, every single student passed across A-level and Applied General entries.

As for stand-out individual efforts, Eashan A, Oliver C, Zac F-I, Trina L, Evelyn P and Ben S all achieved three A* grades.

Begum B, Alize B, Mina K, Adrian K-M and Alpha W took home multiple A*-A grades.

Christ's School says the majority of its students have secured their first choices, which include Russell Group universities, while 100% of Oxbridge offers were achieved.

Headteacher Helen Dixon said: "This is another fantastic milestone for Christ's school Sixth Form, exceptionally led by Helen Harris.

"Our students' determination, combined with the unwavering commitment of our teachers and support staff, has delivered results to be immensely proud of. We congratulate the Class of 2026 on their hard work and success."

Deputy Headteacher in charge of Curriculum, Alice Buchanan, added: "These outcomes reflect the sustained culture of academic rigour and support at Christ's School.

"Seeing so many of our students progress to top-tier universities and preferred pathways reinforces the strength of our sixth-form provision."
