Little Dobbies Richmond has shut after three years of operating with the site now on the market to let.

The house plant store on George Street, Richmond opened in 2021 but now is on the market for rental offers in excess of £200,000 per year.

Retail specialists, Four & Co, say the 'prominent' Class E unit features a ground floor, with more than 3m of ceiling height and a shop size of approximately 2,864 sq ft.

"Nearby occupiers include Marks & Spencer, Ole & Steen, Gant, Boots, Reiss, Crew, Itsu, Joe & The Juice, Oree, Venchi, Holland & Barrett, Mountain Warehouse and Oliver Bonas."

Little Dobbies has been approached for comment.
