Police appeal for information on man who attacked with baseball bat

Police are appealing for more information a man who fractured a victim's arm with a baseball bat in Richmond, leaving them to need surgery.

The incident occurred on Upper Richmond Road.

The male drives a black convertible BMW.

If you recognize this male or know his whereabouts call police on 101 with reference to FIMS 59530.
