Plans submitted for new signage at former HSBC bank in Barnes

An application has been submitted to Richmond Council to install signs at the vacant HSBC bank in Church Road, Barnes.
Proposals from KLC Architects on behalf of Mr Amun Kalia, include bringing new externally illuminated signage to 102 Church Road.

In the plans, it shows new projecting signs with the words 'The Barnes Doctors' written in green on a white metal panel.
In addition, the application proposes to mount a small brass plaque on the wall beside the door with the initials of the business, 'BD'.

KLC Architects said: "The proposed signage will not adversely affect the amenity of the area or its conservation area setting and will result in a negligible impact upon the highways in terms of safety.
"For the reasons set out in this letter, it is respectfully requested that advertisement consent is granted.
