This week will see a number of roadworks take place which could impact your routes across the Richmond borough.

Emergency works

Richmond town centre: Thames Water are currently undertaking emergency works to repair a leaking high pressure main. Red Lion Street is currently closed between Church Terrace and Lewis Road, mains repair is taking place outside Cancer Research UK on Hill Street. Estimated completion date is 28/04/2023

Broom Road, Teddington multi-way temporary traffic signals junction Langwood Chase for UK Power Networks emergency utility works. Estimated completion date 20/04/2023. Contact: UKPN 08000 280709

Church Road, Richmond multi-way temporary traffic signals outside St Matthias Church for Thames Water emergency utility works. Estimated completion date 19/04/2023. Contact: Thames Water 0800 316 9800

The Vineyard, Richmond is closed outside Clarence House for Thames Water emergency utility works. Estimated completion date 18/04/2023. Contact: Thames Water 0800 316 9800

Planned works

A310 Strawberry Vale, Twickenham and Manor Road Teddington is closed Southbound at the junction with Waldegrave Road for major highway improvement works. Estimated completion date 07/05/2023. Contact: 020 8487 5294   

Bushy Park Road, Teddington multi-way temporary traffic signals junction with Kingston Road for T-Mobile Telecom utility works on 21/04/2023. Contact: 01925 424100

Cole Park Road, Twickenham is closed for Thames Water to carry out 92 customer service relay works. Estimated completion date 28/04/2023. Contact: Thames Water 0800 316 9800

Whitton Road, Rugby Road and London Road closed for approx. 2 hours before and after Kick Off 

Expected attendance 50,000 

Sunday 23/04/2023: St George's Day Parade

Whitton High Street will be closed from 08:00am to 20:30

There will be rolling road closures in place from midday to 1:15pm at the following locations: 

Nelson Road, Whitton High Street, Percy Way, Strathearn Avenue, Montrose Avenue
