The Air Ambulance landed a helicopter in Marble Hill park this afternoon to attend a medical emergency at a property in nearby East Twickenham.

Paramedics, the police and Fire Brigade attended the incident at the junction of Morley Road and Denton Road.

Witnesses suggested that someone had been injured in a fall from the roof, although this has not been confirmed.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called at 3.42pm today (29 September) to reports of an incident at a residential address on Morley Road, Twickenham.

"We sent two ambulance crews, an incident response officer, and hazardous area response teams. We also dispatched London's Air Ambulance.

"A person was treated at the scene and taken to a major trauma centre as a priority."
