Residents could see the orange glow in the sky again this weekend over Richmond borough.

The effect is caused by extra strength lights at Twickenham Stadium which are being used to stimulate growth of new grass on the pitch.

In the right weather conditions, the lights refract into clouds and turn the sky a mysterious yellowy orange.

It was visible again on Friday night, as seen in this photo from Sarah in Petesham.
