A new wellness hub has opened its doors in Richmond, bringing "cutting-edge" health and fitness testing to the heart of the borough.

BodyView, which specialises in advanced health and performance testing, has launched its flagship studio at 26–30 Paradise Road, just a short walk from Richmond station.

The new site offers a range of professional-grade services including:

  • DEXA scans for detailed body composition and bone density analysis
  • VO₂ Max testing to measure cardiovascular fitness
  • Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) to assess how the body uses energy at rest
  • FatMax testing to identify optimal fat-burning heart rate zones
  • 3D body scanning for non-invasive tracking of posture, shape and progress

With parking available next door at Paradise Road Multi-Storey and strong rail and bus links, the studio has been designed to make its specialist services easily accessible to local residents and Londoners alike.

Founder Martin Montague said: "Opening in Richmond is a huge step for us. We want to give more people across London and the South the opportunity to access accurate, science-led insights that empower them to make meaningful progress on their health and fitness journey."
