Lal, known in the area for her supper clubs and wellness retreats, trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and brings her experience to Nourish Café.

Customers can expect dishes such as: chickpea curry, breakfast bowls, artisan coffee, homemade cakes, and freshly squeezed organic juices.

As well as, spiced porridge with seasonal fruit, freshly baked banana bread, and vegan choc chip cookies.

Anu Lal said: "Nourish Café sits at the heart of the wellbeing space, welcoming everyone, from those dropping in after a class to locals and passers-by looking for a moment of calm, good coffee, and something wholesome to eat."
