Met Police confirm that an 'underlying medical condition' of one driver caused the traffic incident involving three vehicles in Richmond Park last week.

The incident saw three cars collide on 28 February 2025 at 11:13am on Queens Road, Richmond Park near Ham Cross.

An eyewitness via X (formerly Twitter) explained that the vehicles were travelling 'at around 20mph' when the incident happened.

A Met Police spokesperson told Nub News: "Three persons involved in the collision were taken to hospital where no injuries were deemed life threatening or life changing.

"No arrests have been made. The incident is believed to have been caused by an underlying medical condition."
