Gregory Blunden, 49, from Uxbridge, has been charged with common assault, impersonating a police officer and stalking with fear of violence, according to Richmond Police.

Blunden appeared at Wimbledon Magistrate's Court on Monday, 21 August.

This follows reports that he had followed a woman as she left her address and claimed to be a police officer.

When the woman raised her voice, he ran from the scene.

A man was arrested on Sunday, 20 October and charged as above.
