Dog owners have been encouraged to put tags on their dogs in case they get lost.

The team in Richmond Park thankfully managed to track down the owner of this dog without them.

They said: "This fine fella was found wandering near Bog Gate earlier today.

"He has since been reunited with his owner but the lack of a tag made this a slower as we had to wait for the dog warden and chip reader.

"Tags mean we can locate owners faster, please use them."
