Passengers travelling on the London Overground between Richmond and Stratford experienced delays earlier this morning due to a broken-down train between Richmond and South Acton.

The incident, which was first reported at 6:59am today (Wednesday, 16 July) caused temporary disruption across the route.

Train staff resolved the issue and services were fully restored by 8:10am.

National Rail confirmed that trains are now running as scheduled.

Commuters are advised to continue checking live service updates when travelling.
