Darren and the team at Darren Bartlett Real Estate are looking for a Buyer Agent to join the fast-growing team.

A full-time buyer agent helps prospective homebuyers find and purchase a property that they're happy with.

Buyer agents work hard to find options that are within homebuyers' price ranges, and have the main features that they desire.

Once a potential house has been identified, agents take homebuyers through the purchasing process.

Responsibilities:

Educating potential homebuyers on the local housing market

Making sure homebuyers are self-funded or pre-approved for a mortgage

Identifying homes that meet clients' preliminary requirements

Completing comparative analyses to determine estimated values of homes

Handling price and other negotiations for clients

Cooperating with other professionals involved in the buying process

Skills & Qualifications:

Good verbal and written communication skills

Trustworthy and personable

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Familiarity with a CRM database
