Antiques Roadshow is heading our way - and residents have been invited to put their most precious items on display.

An episode of the hugely popular BBC programme will be held at "stunning" Ham House.

In the show, locals bring along objects such as a piece of jewellery that has been handed down their family for generations, a painting which has been hanging on their wall for years or a half-forgotten item from the attic.

Experts in fields including art, glass and jewellery examine the item, explain its historical context and provide information on the manufacturer. They then give a valuation on how much it could fetch at auction.

It's now Richmond residents' chance to show off their most prized or mysterious antiques.

Visit the Antique's Roadshow website to submit an item for possible inclusion in the show.
