Get Lucky Local lottery player Gary Stevenson, from Sunbury on Thames, had an early Xmas gift when he won a £250 cash prize on Richmond Borough's community lottery.

He said: "It's fantastic to be able to support local charities through Get Lucky Local whilst having a chance to win as well.

"I support Hampton Hill Theatre, something I've been involved with for over 25 years, and it has had a difficult time during Covid with so many shows having to be postponed or cancelled.

"But with the support of organisations like Get Lucky Local it's been great to have seen productions and audiences back in the theatre."

Earlier in the year Teddington Theatre Club, based at Hampton Hill Theatre, scooped the Get Lucky Local weekly jackpot with a cash win of £25,000.
