Met Police officers reveal that they were called to reports of a fight around Mullins Path, Mortlake that left one man injured.

Mortlake & Barnes Common Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) say it was alerted to 'a fight involving a number of youths' at approximately 8:20pm on 12 February 2025.

At the scene officers found an injured male, who was believed to be uninvolved in the initial altercation.

The man was treated at the location and later taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service.

Officers confirm the victim is now in a stable condition in hospital.

An investigation was immediately launched by South West Criminal Investigation Department officers, who have since arrested four suspects.

The Met say the suspects have been interviewed and bailed to appear at a police station at a later date.

Mortlake & Barnes Common SNT say: "Officers have conducted reassurance patrols in the area since the offence, and the local SNT held a street briefing yesterday to provide an opportunity for the local community to speak with officers and ask questions.

"Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact officers from your local neighbourhoods team; Mortlake&[email protected]."
