The former Flavourtown Bakery unit in the heart of Richmond has been placed on the market, with rental offers invited in excess of £100,000 per year.

Retail and leisure specialists, Four & Co, are seeking new tenants for what they describe as a "prime Class E unit" located on the north side of The Quadrant – one of Richmond's busiest shopping streets.

The unit, previously occupied by the award-winning Flavourtown Bakery, comprises 1,183 sq ft on the ground floor and an additional 605 sq ft of basement space.

Established in 2013, Flavourtown Bakery is known for its colourful cupcakes and luxury bakes, delivering across London and operating another branch in Fulham.

The Richmond site is surrounded by a strong mix of high street and premium retailers, including Aesop, Reiss, Sweaty Betty, Gant, Joe & The Juice, and Ole & Steen.

Four & Co describe the premises as "a prominent Class E unit arranged over ground and basement floor levels, with well-apportioned accommodation."

Both Flavourtown Bakery and Four & Co have been approached for comment.
