Don't miss the very first 'Sheen Market Day' this Saturday.

It is hoped the event, organised by Richmond Borough Council, will become a regular fixture, joining similar events in Richmond, Barnes and Twickenham.

The first Sheen Market Day, which is based outside East Sheen Library, will run between 11am and 6pm

A spokesman said: "There will be Jazz bands on stage, delicious street food, delightful craft beer, funky arts and craft stalls and lovely children's activities for everyone to enjoy."

Local councillor and mayor, Cllr Julia Cambridge, said: "Please come and support so this can stay as a monthly fixture. Councillors have been championing this and big thanks to Richmond Council for making it happen."
