Come down to Marble Hill Park this Sunday, September 5, for the next exciting series of performances from the #RichmondLive festival.

The event will include performances from the Richmond Community Choir, The Perrin Jazz Collective and Richmond Brass Ensemble.

The weather is set fair for picnics and the show, which start at 2pm, is entirely free.

The Festival began last weekend with the Richmond Riverside music festival and will continue to run over the coming three weekends.

Each weekend offers a new artistic performance. Future events will focus on dance and theatrical performances by local troupes, including the Richmond Shakespeare Society.

Richmond Borough Council's spokesman for the Arts, Councillor John Coombs, said: "This year's festival promises to be extra special following the lack of live performances over the past seventeen months due to the pandemic.

"I would encourage all residents to get out to see as much of the wonderful performance on offer for this year's RichmondLive festival and support our local arts who have suffered greatly during the pandemic.

"The festival will provide the perfect opportunity for residents to get back out and explore the borough. I look forward to seeing you there."
