Driver arrested for inhaling balloons in Richmond Park

The Met Police arrested a driver for inhaling balloons in Richmond Park yesterday (Monday, 29 September).
Officers said they spotted the individual behind the wheel at Broomfield Hill Car Park using illegal nitrous oxide.
"The driver became abusive," tweeted Royal Parks Police, calling it "a long day for officers."
The driver was arrested not only for possession of a Class C substance, but also for drug driving and a public order offence (POO).
They also received a fine for possession of cannabis.
The Met Police added: "Inhaling nitrous oxide while driving isn't just illegal — it's incredibly dangerous. Don't risk it."
