Transport for London is offering discounts for entry to the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, when using public transport.

TfL has announced spring deals on attractions in the capital for users of public transport, which include a saving of 30% on a standard or concession ticket at Kew Gardens until June 30, except Easter weekend.

The move has been welcomed by the Richmond Park MP, Sarah Olney, who said: "I was delighted to learn that Kew Gardens will be offering discounted tickets to those visitors who arrive at the site by public transport.

"I know that many residents in Kew will be especially pleased to hear that fewer visitors will be using the area's roads, with all the benefits to noise reduction and air quality that will come with this change.

"It is wonderful to see this kind of initiative and I hope that other sites will be instituting similar policies in the future."

In order to take advantage of this offer, you just have to show that you have used a TfL service, excluding Santander Cycles, on the same day as visiting Kew at the gate using the TfL Oyster and contactless app or if booked online using the code: KEWTFL30.

Other offers are available, such as 30% off entry at SEA LIFE London, The Lastminute.com London Eye, The London Dungeon, Madame Tussauds, and Shrek's Adventure! London, also accessed by using the TfL Oyster and contactless app or by booking in advance with the code: CityOffer.
