Collision between car and bus on Kew Road

Ambulance crews have rushed to the scene of a collision between a car and a bus in Kew.

The accident happened on Kew Road at around 6pm today (Tuesday, October 6).

At least two ambulance crews have attended the incident.

The vehicles involved in the collision were a Mini Cooper and a 65 bus.

The road is now blocked and heavy traffic is building on Kew Road.

"Road blocked and queueing traffic due to accident on A307 Kew Road both ways at The Avenue," the AA said.

"Detour in operation - affecting bus route 65."

We will contact the emergency services and provide more information as soon as we have it.
