Christ’s School celebrates A-Level results with nearly half of grades at A*–A

Christ's School in Richmond is celebrating its best-ever A-Level results, with a 100% pass rate and nearly half of all grades awarded at A*–A.
This year, 46% of grades were at A*–A and 10% at A*, far surpassing the national average of 27.8% for top grades.
Among the standout achievers were Alex M, who achieved three As and an A; Jaden DL and Tom C, who each earned three As; and Sonya K, who gained two A*s and an A.
Headteacher Helen Dixon described the results as "an extraordinary milestone" for the school.
"Our students' determination, combined with the unwavering commitment of our teachers and support staff, has delivered record-breaking results. We could not be prouder," she said.

Deputy Headteacher Alice Buchanan, who oversees the curriculum, added: "These outcomes reflect a new era of academic excellence at Christ's School.
"When such large numbers of our students go on to their chosen universities, including top-tier Russell Group institutions, it's clear we are building something very special here."
The majority of Year 13 leavers have secured their first-choice university places, including many offers from Russell Group universities.
Scenes of celebration filled the school hall on results day, with smiles, tears, and embraces marking the culmination of years of hard work and resilience.
Christ's School says the Class of 2025 has "raised the bar to new heights" and set a strong precedent for future students.
