Celebrate the Coronation of King Charles III with a visit to The Poppy Factory in Richmond. You can mark this once-in-a-generation event by booking tickets for a specially themed discovery session on Wednesday 10 May, and on selected dates throughout spring and summer.

The Poppy Factory's expert host will talk about the charity's close connections to the Royal Family, which date back to the 1920s. Learn how the team worked with the Royal Household to create new Remembrance wreaths for the King, Queen Consort and Prince and Princess of Wales. You can also enjoy artisan hot drinks and a special Coronation cupcake in the café area or blossoming garden terrace.

The new visitor centre, which tells the story of The Poppy Factory's 100-year-old community, was opened by Camilla, Queen Consort, in November 2021.

Regular discovery sessions for small groups and individual visitors are planned throughout June, July and August on the following dates:

Wednesday 10 May (12:30pm)

Friday 19 May (12:30pm)

Monday 12 June (12:30pm)

Monday 26 June (3pm)

Tuesday 18 June (12:30pm)

Monday 21 August (3pm)

Booking slots for larger groups are also available Monday to Friday. To book tickets or for more information, go to www.poppyfactory.org/visit
