A rising star of Bollywood was in Richmond today.

Harshika Poonacha was with film crews outside Tide Tables cafe on the riverside.

The crews were filming a scene with Harshika walking down the steps into the courtyard.

She is a leading Indian actor, having starred in 2010 action comedy film Jackie.

We are often spotting camera crews and film sets around Richmond.

Last month, actors dressed up as police officers and fake police vehicles were used for the filming of a drama.

In late September, a crew was in Ryde Place near Richmond Bridge, shooting scenes for a TV drama believed to be the Sky One show Temple.
