Body found in the river

Police have revealed that a body was found and recovered from the Thames close to Richmond Lock.
No details of the deceased have been revealed, however the police are not looking for any suspects in connection with the discovery on Thursday last week.
The Metropolitan Police said: "Police were called on the January 5, 2023, to reports of a body found near Ranelagh Drive.
"London Ambulance Service and police attended but the person was unfortunately deceased. Next of kin has been located."
They added: "We are not looking for outstanding suspects."
