A café in Richmond is up for sale for an asking price of £75,000 after a little over a year since opening.

Soreza Cafe in Upper Richmond Road is looking for new owners willing to pay £75,000 for the cafe but are also open to "reasonable offers".

In a Facebook post, the cafe say: "This an incredible opportunity to own a profitable café and coffee shop business in the heart of Richmond.

"Prime location, 10 min walk from Richmond Park, this venue benefits from heavy footfall and constant streams of both visitors and locals."

Soreza Cafe comes fully equipped with one hour car parking available for free and if sold, the new owners can start trading immediately.

The cafe add: "The current owners are offering this opportunity to the market due to personal commitments.

"This is a rare chance to acquire a turnkey business in one of London's most famous area, perfect for aspiring entrepreneurs or experienced operators looking to expand their portfolio."

Since 2023 it has been Soreza Cafe but previously it was co-working space, QIOS coworking.

However, QIOS failed to keep its 'test site' in Richmond Road open due to a lack of customers.

Soreza Cafe has been approached for comment.
