Torched car blocks traffic in St Margarets

A car has suffered severe fire damage and is blocking traffic on St Margarets Road.

The black Hyundai i20 has been completely destroyed by the blaze.

Its front has melted and appears to have caused damage to the road itself.

Police have been on the scene near the junction with Talbot Road this morning (Monday, September 21).

Officers have been directing motorists to ensure they can pass safely.
