Officers were supported by police helicopter crews.

Kew Police tweeted: "Following a 2hr pursuit of a moped across Richmond and Surrey last night, 2x arrests by officers.

A police spokesperson told Richmond Nub News: "Police were called at approx. 18:30hrs on September 22 to calls of a moped being driven recklessly and not displaying a number plate.

"The suspects made off and police and NPAS (National Police Air Service) chased them for a considerable amount of time before stopping and arresting both suspects.
