Membership Sales & Follow-Up Call Agent (Work From Home)

Self-employed contractor or part-time (flexible) — hourly pay, with performance-based incentives for strong performers

Location

Remote / work from home — no need to come into the gym (In-person interview only, held at the gym in Richmond)

Hours

Approx. 2–3 hours per day, days/week flexible and to be agreed (days and time slots to be discussed)

Responsibilities

Calling prospects, lapsed members, and trial sign-ups

Booking trials, explaining membership options, communicating the price update, and following up with existing members

Checking and updating member information in Glofox

Making calls using provided scripts (suggestions for improvement welcome)

Daily reporting/logging of call outcomes

Requirements & Preferred Skills

Sales/telesales experience (preferred; open to candidates without direct experience)

Strong communication skills and polished phone manner

Basic PC/smartphone use, comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets

English: Required — native level only

Hourly, starting at National Minimum Wage, plus performance-based incentives for strong performers
