Are you a recent Modern Languages graduate who speaks fluent French or German?

No experience is required full training is provided. You'll gain hands-on experience across Customer Success, Account Management, Product Demonstrations and Sales, with genuine opportunities to build your career.

The Role

As a Customer Success Executive, you will:

• Build and manage relationships with clients
• Deliver outstanding customer support and solutions
• Manage smaller client accounts
• Run product demonstrations
• Identify upsell and growth opportunities
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing
• Attend client meetings, exhibitions and conferences
• Record and manage client insights through HubSpot CRM

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate, ideally with a Modern Languages degree
• Fluent French or German is essential
• Fluent English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and commercially minded
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn
• Interest in technology, SaaS or customer success
