The Role

• Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy, high-volume retail operation.

• Leading, motivating and developing a team to achieve operational and sales targets.

• Taking a hands-on approach to coaching and supporting colleagues on the shop floor.

• Maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.

• Managing stock, deliveries and replenishment efficiently.

• Supporting with rotas, team performance and daily operational priorities.

• Ensuring the team delivers consistently high standards in a fast-paced environment.

About You

• Previous experience as a Retail Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager.

• Experience working within a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

• A confident leader who can motivate and get the best out of a team.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

• A hands-on approach with a strong work ethic.

• Passionate about delivering great customer service and maintaining high standards.
