The Role
As Supervisor, you'll support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day running of the store. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, help motivate the team and ensure customers receive a great experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the management team with the daily running of the store
Leading and motivating the team on the shop floor
Delivering excellent customer service
Supporting sales and KPI performance
Coaching and supporting team members
Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
Supporting stock management and operational tasks
Taking responsibility for the store when required
About You
We're looking for someone with:
Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Keyholder or Senior Sales Assistant within retail
A passion for customer service and delivering great experiences
Strong communication and leadership skills
A commercial approach and understanding of sales targets and KPIs
A hands-on attitude and willingness to lead from the front
The confidence to support and motivate a team
A genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle or customer-focused retail
