We are a leading provider of broadcasting solutions, dedicated to delivering high-quality linear video content to millions of viewers worldwide. Our team of innovative engineers works on cutting-edge technology to ensure seamless delivery of live broadcasting services.What you'll do

  • Lead and manage a team of video broadcast engineers responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of linearplayout broadcasting systems.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of video playout products and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, Core Engineering and Monitoring. to ensure seamless delivery of broadcasting services.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot video delivery issues, ensuring high availability and quality of service.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into the team's projects as appropriate.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Manage team WIP limits Roadmaps, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery for multiple projects .
What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in video engineering, and with a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of video Playout technologies.
  • Experience with broadcasting infrastructure, specifically with BCNEXXT, Techex. Appear, Tag and other playout Vendors
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to broadcasting and video delivery.
