Ham & Petersham SOS

Activities, support and services for older and/ or disabled residents of Ham and Petersham who want to get out and about, meet new friends and socialise.

We are currently operating under Covid-19 restrictions, but we are starting to reintroduce face to face services (socially distanced of course.)

We provide services to help keep the community mobile, independent and engaged. We also have a number of volunteering opportunities available to all - please get in touch.

We operate in Ham and Petersham only, and are one of the 8 neighbourhood care groups throughout the borough.
