Project Evaluation: Understanding the client requirements from the Sales start-up pack. For more complex projects there will be a handover meeting with the Sales team covering specification/design/client expectations/financial constraints. Project Team: Introduction is done by issuing an Email which identifies all parties on the team together with their responsibilities. Larger projects may call for site introduction to client project team. Site Surveys: A site survey is required on almost every project and is carried out by a project manager or other available surveyor. This will involve on site co-ordination with other trades and site-specific requirements for our works to progress. An evaluation of how to safely move our product to the workface is also part of the survey. Production Design Drawings: Working drawings need to be produced from the surveys using latest version of AutoCAD LT (currently 2025). The drawings detail our products and how they interface with the final fit-out. Factory orders: The project manager is responsible for raising the factory orders and placing the orders to meet programme requirements. Timing of delivery needs to be coordinated with site and our installations department. Associated orders: The project manager is responsible for raising the factory orders and placing the orders to meet programme requirements. Timing of delivery needs to be coordinated as above. Installation phase: is handled by a separate department, London Wall Installations (LWI). Coordination meeting is sometimes required between the project manager and LWI. The meeting is designed to introduce LWI to the specific client/site requirements on the project.
