Legal Secretary - Private Client (Teddington) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE Location: (Office-based) Hours: Full-time (part-time/job-share considered) Start Date: Early December 2025
Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a background in Private Client work? A well-established law firm in Teddington is looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented professional to join their Private Client team.
What you ll be doing: Providing high-quality secretarial support to solicitors. Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence. Managing diaries, appointments, and meetings efficiently. Handling client communications professionally via phone, email, and post. Filing and maintaining client records in line with GDPR and firm procedures. Assisting with billing and other administrative tasks as required.
About you: Minimum 1-2 years experience in Private Client legal work. Strong typing, IT, and word processing skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability. Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Professional and confident communicator.
