Salary: Up to £46,500dependent on skills andexperience What you'll be doing:
Utlise an Agile/DevSecOps approachfor the creation of new and modified software code/test modules aspart of a wider productsolution Contribute to a continuous learning and feedback processin relation to the DevSecOpsmethodology Participate in technical discussions and meetings on anas-required basis
Provide status metrics and other pertinent informationin relation to current workitems Generate and provide suitable estimates for futurework Review and provide comments onwork items carried out by peers
Yourskills andexperiences: Essential:
- Softwaredevelopment skills in a language such as Java, Python, C++ orRust
Practical experience ofdeveloping software using an agilemethodology Familiarity with commonsoftware development concepts including virtualisation, automatedtesting, Continuous Integration/Continuous Development techniques,and configurationcontrol
Desirable:
Experience in using theRust programming language and associatedtoolchain A degree in amathematical, scientific, engineering or computer sciencediscipline
